Cynthia Omwanda

Cynthia Omwanda, a passionate advocate for project management excellence, merges a strong legal background with her role as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, offering unique insights into project management practices. Dedicated to advancing the profession, Cynthia actively volunteers with the Project Management Institute Kenya Chapter.

With a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, she serves as the Director of Legal Affairs on the PMI Kenya Chapter Board. In this role, she leverages her legal expertise to handle any legal issues within the chapter ensuring smooth operations.

Driven by a passion for continuous learning, Cynthia is pursuing her PMP® certification to further enhance her skills and contribute meaningfully to the project management community. Her dedication, coupled with her legal background, positions her as a valuable asset in promoting project management excellence in Kenya and globally.
