Vice President, Events

David Adero is a project manager based in Nairobi. He holds Master degree in Operations and Technology Management from University of Nairobi, and degree in Project Planning Management from Moi University. He is also a certified Project Manager by PMI. and has worked mostly in construction projects and the construction landscape in Kenya. He has held various positions as Project Manager and has built solid relationships with major companies and with Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and other professionals, owners and developers having provided insight, cost-effective solutions and good customer service to them.

He has a sound understanding of the design and implementation of diverse categories of construction projects (Electrical &Mechanical services), budgetary control, norms and procedures among other related fields that directly relate to the industry. This has progressively led to the development of skills and management competencies that have proven invaluable to an emergent client base. 

He aims to become the most respected project manager in the region with diverse updated trends in managing projects in terms of technology.  My main scope is to leave a successful mark to the upcoming generation and provide a successful servant leadership and mentorship.

Currently, as the VIP events for PMI Kenya Chapter, he is looking to use this position to lobby fellow projects managers in making the profession recognized in Kenya. Join us to make Project Management vibrant and respected profession in Africa and beyond.
