LILIAN KIMETO (Her/She)

Lilian Kimeto is a Kenyan Communication expert, specialized in Media Studies and Development Communication.
Lilian has over the years been instrumental in developing for different organization in Public Sector: Communication Policies, Strategies and Project Communication Plans to support the delivery organizational Strategic Plans. She has also developed Stakeholder Engagement guidelines as well as Grievance Redress Mechanisms.
During her 22-year career as a communication specialist, Ms. Kimeto has designed national Media campaigns to address the emerging challenges in the society and this is borne out of her belief in professionalizing the communication function Kenya. Communication is yet to be integrated into project Management nor rendered in a structured way, yet it is a tool to improve governance and public service delivery.
