Susan has over seventeen (17) years experience managing a wide range of programs. Susan’s professional experience encompasses Information Technology, Banking, Customer Success management, Cross-Cultural team management and Strategic leadership experience locally and internationally. Susan has strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Susan holds a M.Sc degree in Software Systems from University of St. Thomas, MN, and B.Sc degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from University of Sioux Falls, SD. Susan also has a Knowledge Management professional certificate from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Susan is a certified Hofstede Insights Organizational Culture consultant, Cultural Adaptability Profile, and Cross-Cultural consultant. In this role, she delivers culture training and workshops throughout the United States and internationally.

Susan is also an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), maintaining memberships with the PMI South Maryland (USA) chapter and the PMI Kenya chapter. She is also a nominated board member of the Kenya North America Diaspora SACCO (KNAD SACCO), the largest diaspora SACCO in Kenya with over 1300 members in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
