Noel Onyango Makagutu 

Vice President, Volunteer Programs

Onyango N. Makagutu is a practicing architect with over 15 years of experience in project design, project construction and supervision as well as contract management in Kenya and Somalia. He is registered with BORAQs and is a corporate member of the Association of Architects of Kenya (AAK). He practices as a freelance architect and project manager.

He is a certified Project Management Professional and Construction Professional by Project Management Institute, holds a Master in Urban Management and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Nairobi, school of the Built Environment and is pursuing a PhD in Project management with emphasis on Project Management Information Systems at the University of Nairobi, School of Business.

He serves in the Board of Project Management Institute (PMI Kenya) as the Vice President Volunteers, and in the Board of Management of Lwak Girls High school as Chair of the School Infrastructure Committee.

During his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking or running. He also an avid reader.
