The University of Nairobi vice-chancellor-Uon, Prof. Kiama Gitahi hosted a delegation from Project Management Institute Kenya on 7th September 2023.
Discussions during the courtesy call revolved around the signing of a collaboration agreement and the upcoming 8th Africa Regional Project Management Conference to be held in Nairobi.
Prof. Kiama said the University is happy to collaborate with PMI noting that it is good exposure for students to learn from professionals.
The discussions also touched on exploring possibilities of establishing UoN as a Project Management of Excellence in the region
